    Ililani, Kakaako’s Newest Condominium

    615 Keawe St: 42 story building, 328 residences: 165 affordable units and 163 market units. Estimated completion date: end of 2021.

    Ililani is the next condominium that will be located in Honolulu’s lively urban neighborhood called Kakaako.  The building will be 42 stories tall with affordable and market priced homes. Ililani will be located on the corner of Keawe St. and Halekauwila St.  It is designed by Kenneth Kai Chang and developed by Kam Development LLC.  

    LOCATION & CONVENIENCE

    Ililani is located in Kakaako which is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, parks, entertainment and more!  You’ll be walking distance to SALT at Our Kakaako, and just minutes away from Ala Moana Center and Beach Park and Downtown!  Ililani will have a ground floor of retail shops and cafes, as well as a restaurant which is still to be determined.  

     

    BUILDING FEATURES

    The amenity deck is located on the rooftop of the 8th floor parking lot.  It will have all the amenities listed below on the picture. In addition, each bridge from the parking structure will have bicycle and surfboard storage.  Ililani will also be one of the first buildings to provide a private fleet of shared vehicles. It is most likely a fee based service provided only to Ililani residents, although not confirmed.  On the second floor above the retail shops and restaurants, there will be a multipurpose room and an E-lounge which provides a work space with wi-fi, tables, and TVs for residents to utilize instead of having to stay and work within their own unit. The building will also have 24 hour security with a reception desk in the lobby.

    UNIT FEATURES

    There will be a range of city, ocean, or mountain views and all units will have a lanai.  There will be split ac systems and a washer dryer in each unit. The kitchen will be equipped with GE and Samsung appliances with quartz countertops.  The flooring will be wall to wall carpeting and luxury vinyl tile. 

    FLOOR PLANS & PRICING

    The floor plans in Ililani will vary.  There will only be two-bedroom and one-bedroom units available, but all units will come with a lanai and one parking.

    165 affordable units:

    • 131 units are one bedroom units located on 2nd - 42nd floor
      • Prices ranging from low $300,000s - high $500,000s
    • 34 units are two-bedroom units located on 2nd - 10th floor
      • Prices ranging from high $300,000s - mid $600,000s

    163 market units: 2 bedroom 2 bath units range from $700,500 - $905,500

     Here are several examples of the floor plans at Ililani:

    UNIT GL: This floor plan is for one of the bigger 1-bedroom units on the 2nd-8th floors on the Diamond Head side of the building.  

    UNIT J: This floor plan is for one of the bigger 1-bedroom units on the 11th-42nd floors on the Diamond Head side of the building.  

    UNIT HL: This floor plan is for a 2-bedroom unit with the biggest lanai area on the 2nd-8th floors on the Makai/Diamond Head side of the building.  

     

    UNIT BL: This floor plan is for a 2-bedroom unit with a smaller lanai area on the 2nd-8th floors Ewa side of the building.
