Back in November of 2017, Castle & Cooke broke ground on the Koa Ridge master planned community. Koa ridge will be located in Waipio which is near Costco Waipio located across Ka Uka Boulevard. There will be new schools, parks, entertainment centers, retail stores and more!

Koa Ridge will be located in Waipio, opposite of the Waipio Costco. If you drive on either Ka Uka Boulevard or Kamehameha Highway, you may notice an area of red dirt. This is the future Koa Ridge! This area is considered Central Oahu.
Koa Ridge is located just 5 minutes away from Milliani which is located North of Koa Ridge. Mililani is home to over 50,000 residents. It is a suburban type neighborhood with many commercial centers and restaurant areas.
Waikele neighborhood is just 10 minutes away, slightly southwest of the future Koa Ridge community. Waikele is home to the popular shopping spot called Waikele Premium Outlets, a shopping center for locals and tourists with more than 50 designer and brand name outlet stores to visit.
Koa Ridge will be called a “Surban” lifestyle, suburban urban living. It will provide residents a neighborhood to live, grow and thrive.
